Have your bank block your bank application

Suspect fraud or misuse of your banking application? Consult your bank's website immediately.

It is also recommended to have your payment applications blocked preventively in the event of loss or theft of your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, smart watch, or other wearables). 

  • Contact your bank via one of the telephone numbers below.
  • Carefully follow the steps indicated by your bank.
  • File a complaint with the police if your bank asks you to do so.
