What payment methods can I block through Card Stop?

• Debit cards: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit
• Prepaid cards: Visa and Mastercard
• Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard

One of the following details is required to block your card:

• The bank account number linked to the card
• Cardholder details: name – first name – date of birth – postal code

Pluxee/Sodexo, Edenred, Monizze

One of the following details is required to block your card:

• The name of the issuer (Pluxee/Sodexo, Edenred or Monizze) and the name of the employer
• The cardholder's details: name – first name – date of birth – telephone number – postal code

For some banks, Card Stop is allowed to block payment applications linked to a bank card on your lost or stolen mobile devices (issued only by banks in Belgium):

• Payconiq
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

One of the following details is required to block your card:

• The bank account number to which the payment device is linked
• The cardholder's details: name – first name – date of birth – postal code
